I think you should mention strength training under exercise. Once you gain a pound of muscle, it raises your normal BMR. So you will burn extra calories just sitting around.

Most definitely Asithi. I mentioned that muscle increases your metabolism in the opening paragraph. These are just some more unique or somewhat unknown tips. Thanks for your input!

I used to think that cardio was most important to lose weight. But I am learning that increasing muscle mass is even more important. I didnt know that it helps with firing your metabolism.
