This article really spoke to me. I think it’s so important to remember everything you listed here, but it’s certainly much easier said than done. I think, for me, it’s going to take a lot of practice before I can actually remind myself to do these things. But I’m certainly going to try! :]

I love the simile of being like a deep lake. That is such a wonderful exercise and I will definitely keep it in mind. As for “live in the now”— I’ve overused that phrase so much I’m sure my friends and family want me to get a new phrase! haha Too much Wayne’s World… Homemaker Barbi (Danelle Ice)

Really amazing list of practical exercises. felt myself entering presence as i read it. solid stuff. one that i would add that has been helping me heaps lately, from the Sedona Method, is to feel all the stuckness and thoughts and whatever yuo’re feeling right now and then ask yourself, “Can i let this go?” Respect

@Alex- Great point. I find that asking yourself a ton of questions throughout the day really helps. My favorite is, “what is wrong with this moment?” makes you instantly present! Thanks for joining the conversation. Looking forward to hearing more from you!
