		<description>Haha thanks for the compliment on the site!  It may sound strange, but I usually do a gratitude session while I&#039;m lying in bed trying to fall asleep at night.  It takes your mind off of the million things it wants to think about, and I actually fall asleep most times while doing it.  So I try to hit the important things first!</description>

@Diggy- It&#039;s a damn shame! I absolutely feel that we must love and embrace our bodies, but know that we still can create the body, energy, and vitality that we want. Every one is completely unique though. Long distant running might work for someone while signing up for tango classes is all they need. It&#039;s finding what works for you that&#039;s so frustrating. Well worth the discovery though :D
@Tresna- Good for you Tresna! You are right on about surrounding yourself with people and food that are going to push you in the right direction and keep you on track. Supporting each other motivation wise is key. I feel that&#039;s where most people lose it. They can stick to a healthy plan for a few months, but then they are right back to their old ways. If it means you have to convert your roommates than make it happen! haha.

I&#039;m currently sharing a home with my parents and I have been working to create a household full of good vibes, healthy food and ENERGY. Everyone is losing weight, being more active and there is a general sense ease and vitality amongst us all.  It helps that we&#039;re all trying to achieve health related goals and that our good intentions are rubbing off on each other.  I think I might start leaving positive post its in my Mum&#039;s sock draw though :)  What a great idea. 

PS.  Your blog inspired me to do my first Pilates class on Monday.....I think I walked funny for the next two days!!</description>

Great post indeed. We are not taught this in schools which I think is a shortcoming. We should learn to love and accept that which we cannot change, things like our height, skin color and bone structure.

Other things are changeable, I think anybody has the potential to get a lean, toned and defined body that looks really good.

Embrace who you are and work to get your body in the best shape it can be.
