Sometimes a "build you day method" is exactly what we need for growth and sometime letting go of everything is what speaks to our hearts. Your "frame" helped you take an enormous step you might not otherwise have taken! And I keep dreaming about tropical beaches and finally realized "Why can't I spend my life there??" I don’t think we are the same people from day to day, or even moment to moment. Sometimes a “build you day method” is exactly what we need for growth and sometime letting go of everything is what speaks to our hearts.

When I set out to travel for 4 months in China, Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore, I thought I would "find myself". Though what I found was a lot more open mindedness, and new experiences. It's an experiment...a lot like life. I'll keep right on expanding if you guys keep reading. The feed back from readers is immensely helpful in my journey in writing and life in general. We need to keep our hopes high and positivity higher, but people need to know that when they get where they want to go it may not be what they want.
