Deep Core Activation Routine

Kick off your weekend with some deep core activation! Join me on your mat (or towel😉) for this pilates sequence designed to awaken and ignite the power of your center.

Building strength in your core is not only essential for spine support and longevity, but it also boosts your confidence and massages your organs.

When you regain control over your body, learn how to align the bones and rebalance the muscles, initiate your movements from the center of your body, and realize there is a better way to move and live… there is no going back. All of your actions become lighter, easier, more graceful, and more powerful.

Everyone deserves to feel INCREDIBLE in their bodies. Superhuman in fact. Because when the body is aligned, strong, flexible, and free, the mind and spirit follow.

In other news, I had SO much fun teaching the #EpicAcademyYTT students this morning on our jungle yoga deck. It’s so sweet to teach such eager and excited students who ask lots of great questions.

Tomorrow we hit the water for my SUP yoga and pilates intensive. I’m SO excited!!!
