I think these frugalicious eco gifts are really great. I know this year a lot of our gifts were more based on being present with people, and not so much on the price of the item. In the way of inspiration/experience, I have a close friend who has been going through some pretty rough times so for her birthday I collected letters to her from 12 of her closest friends/family members about how much they love her and why, then made a collage of pictures of her with these people and put them on the front of an envelope. She absolutely loved it but this is definitely something you'd only do for your close friends--it could come off as creepy/stalkerish otherwise... Haha, I feel ya–I already have too much stuff that I don’t need.
