I won’t apologize for who I am and how I express myself.

I’m not here for your approval.

I won’t dim my light to make you feel more comfortable.

And I hope you won’t either.

I choose to share all aspects of myself with you to hopefully inspire and empower you to do the same. I choose to share the things I am learning on my journey to support you in yours.

And I strongly believe we are here to learn from each other. We are all students and teachers. We are not here to apologize for who we are or who we choose to become.

I choose to lead by example from my heart and spirit because the world needs more of it, and it’s a big part of my mission in this life.

I wholeheartedly empower and support you in expressing your unique light unencumbered by the opinions of others. It’s what you are here to do. Keep shining and rising.

Furthermore, your projections, judgments, and criticisms of me are a direct reflection of what’s going on inside of you.

I am a mirror. We all are.

It’s VERY narrow-minded to believe that you know me from the tiny lens of what I share on social media. I am SO much more than what I share and how you perceive me through your filters. We all are.

I’m still learning about who I am every day. The journey of self-realization is never-ending. So how on earth can you possibly think you understand the depth of me or other people? You have no clue what people have been through, what wisdom they carry, nor how they suffer.

So, the next time you find yourself judging or criticizing others, stop and check in with yourself.

What is being triggered inside of you?
What feelings are arising and why?
How do you judge yourself, and what does this judgment say about you?
What filters are you seeing life through?

If you are being this way toward others, chances are you treat yourself much worse. Which is sad and not necessary.

The world needs more kindness, empathy, compassion, and acceptance. That all begins inside each and every one of us. The world needs less judgment, criticism, hatred, and jealousy. It serves no one, especially not you.

AND if you unfollow me, it’s totally cool. All I can be is me, and I refuse to apologize for that. If I am not enough for you, or if I am too much for you, or if anything I say triggers you, it’s okay.

So no, I won’t apologize for me.

I will keep being me. Those who I’m meant to serve will show up and stay.
