Get in the mood to move!

Do you ever have those days where you keep putting off your workout because you’re too tired or you have way to much stuff on your to-do list? Well, I’m guilty of it, and the best way to be more productive is to just move! And I don’t just mean walking to the coffee shop.
 
A lot of the time we put movement last on our to-do list when really we should be putting it first. Our bodies love to move and most of the time we are stuck sitting at our desks, on our computers, in our cars or watching tv. We become so tired but our bodies are screaming at us to just get up and move.
 
By giving yourself as little as thirty minutes to exercise you begin to let go of your drained energy and become more productive after a work out. This means you have even more energy to get through the rest of your day and be even more productive than if you drank that cup of coffee and the best part is you got in your daily workout!
 
The best way to tackle a workout and to have the most productive day is to wake up an hour earlier and get it done in the morning. This morning workout will fuel the rest of your day and give you even more energy to get done your daily chores.
