On my third day in St. Kilda’s BASE hostel I happened to sit down at the computers right next to another digital nomad. Toggsy, originally from the Gold Coast of Australia, has spent the last seven years interviewing people from around the world. His goal:
“to make a show about peoples stories and dreams… Inspiring stories from people all around the world… And being open to filming anything and everything that happens along the way… I always find when traveling that one adventure leads to another… So I love having the camera out to capture what’s next etc… A handicam and a laptop to edit the clips together… Thanks for taking the time out to have a look… Hope you enjoy the interviews

After chatting with Toggsy for a few minutes about my journey he wanted to set up an interview for the next morning. An 11pm, half awake interview wasn’t the best idea! After brekky the next morning we shot the following…
I definitely recommend you check out Toggsy’s site The Web Show for more inspiring stories. After spending a few years as a radio host he jumped into the online world of podcasting before blogging even existed. He was thinking way beyond what was even technically available. Cheers for big dreamers!
It’s truly amazing what type of people you meet traveling. You never know who you are sitting next to so why not say hi and have a chat?
