Last week I found myself digging through my closet only to realize that the vast majority of my dance/workout clothes were more than a little tattered. I live in workout clothes and normally go through an outfit or two a day. Seeing as I couldn’t possibly wear holey tights or worn grey yoga pants, I headed to my favorite athletic wear shop Lululemon Athletica.
Walking into the store I stumbled across a table with post card like flyers that were covered with motivational quotes. Here are a few that got me really amped to create my Epicself:
“Life is full of setbacks. Success is determined by how you handle setbacks.”
“Breathe deeply and appreciate the moment. Living in the moment could be the meaning of life.”
“Do one thing a day that scares you.”
Needless to say I bought several items from the store and can’t wait to rock them at the studio this week!
