Last Summer I unrolled a quick pilates video designed to help you sculpt a six pack, breathe easier and stand taller. It was a huge hit with thousands of views! I took the idea and went in-depth over the last year to develop the ultimate wellness six pack videos series.

Video 1 and 2 deliver three 7 minute pilates movement sequences to strengthen your core and build perfect posture anytime anywhere. Standing, sitting and mat exercises!
Video 3 zeros in on plant based super nutrition with my top 12 secret guidelines and client tested and approved tips for endless energy, fat loss, and ultimate longevity. Nutrition is 90% of your aesthetic, daily energy, and longevity!

Video 4 utilizes my tried and true breath exercises to energize in the morning or destress at the end of the work day. Energy is only a breath away.
Video 5 teaches my positive internal self dialogue techniques to rewire your thoughts and attract what you want into your life.

Video 6 delves into my raw natural beauty techniques and recommended products and resources for glowing clear skin and hair.
 You can practice this power pack anywhere in the world since I’ve formatted it as a high resolution digital download for ipod, ipad, smart phones, computers and any other piece of technology you can dream up.

Proper nutrition, mindful movement, meditation and other forms of stress relief exercises are my balancing tools. Each component equally important and easy to fit into busy days. And though I’m sure you’d like me to say a Red Bull is the quickest way to regain your energy, I hope you know me better than that by now. Breath power is the simplest, healthiest and quickest way to recharge. Plus, it’s free!
