Today I came across probably the greatest website ever and just had to share. For all you yoga lovers out there I hereby introduce you to YogaToday.com.
YogaToday is a site devoted to sharing the wonderful benefits of yoga through video. Everyday a brand new 1 hour yoga class is streamed across the main page for free! The three instructors cover several types of yoga so your practice will never get boring. Furthermore, each video is available all day so you can practice whenever it fits into your daily life. Forget paying $15 dollars a class at a studio full of smelly, sweaty and grunting people. Now we can all enjoy yoga in the comfort of our own homes with no cost.
What’s more, the videos are all shot in the gorgeous meadows and mountains of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. What an amazing way to start the day! Just follow along with the soothing instructors in a beautiful setting and practice focusing, breathing, stretching and strengthening. All take it anyday.

We had to change our business platform at Yoga Today in order to keep our website growing. We still offer one free class per week, but now have to charge a minimal fee in order to watch our entire archive of videos on your schedule. We hope you understand this change and support our mission of spreading yoga around the world at a nominal price.
