That felt great! Thanks!
Nice, a bit of movement should be required in every work environment.
That felt excellent! Exactly what I needed on a Friday.. I sit at a desk all day, and try to stretch a lot. Do you have any other good stretches for the lower back?
Also, is it possible to “over stretch”?
yay! I am so glad you all are tension free now. Little movement bursts like that through out the day are needed to battle sore backs and tight necks.
@KJW- a fold over hamstring stretch is great for the low back. Basically the touch your toes stretch. You can do it sitting or standing. That and runners lunges. It might seem contradictory, but you have to stretch open the hip in order to have balance with the low back. The body is all connected…meaning a low back problem could be the result of tight hips! Give it a whirl and let me know how you feel.
Heya Amber!
You always look so nice and relaxed, practicing pilates in the middle of some massive field
Love the sound effect of the plane flying over!
I actually do something similar, when its a beautiful sunny day i go out and practice martial arts in the middle of a massive lawn, its so relaxing just moving your body and being out in the fresh open air!
Have an amazing day miss!
