Stand tall with my guide to perfect posture. [...]

Great insight and it really makes sense! I always tell my younger cousins to stand up straight when they slouch. Not only is it bad for their health but it looks like a lack of confidence. While I don't wear heals I still find myself slouching once in a while.. I find that doing core exercise is a solid way of fixing your posture - it keeps me up right.
