		<description>I love #4 - Be a Lady. That&#039;s an awesome exercise to do while sitting at my computer all day.

I work on the 5th floor of an office building and I&#039;ve been religiously taking the stairs up and down (several times a day). It&#039;s 86 stairs total and it&#039;s an awesome exercise.

@Jonathan: All of these points are equally useful for men. I didn&#039;t see anything women-specific about them.</description>

I have a swiss ball that i sit on when I watch TV or work on my PC, its much better for posture and great for finding balance.

What was it again, there are two types of muscle groups, motor muscles and balance muscles, the balance ones you use when you sit on the swiss ball.

@Faramarz- haha most definitely. I take the stairs everywhere as well. Walking everywhere is key as well. Some towns don&#039;t allow you to walk everywhere, but my favorite is to walk to the grocery store and then home carrying the load. Reward is the amazing meal!</description>
