On September 29th, my beautiful hometown of Santa Cruz, CA is hosting the very first Race Against Global Warming. All funds raised from the 5k Run/Walk will go to Ecology Action, the Ocean Conservancy, Stop Global Warming Virtual March, and Save Our Shores.
A free Climate Expo with live music and key note speakers is set to follow the race. Key note speakers include, model-activist Summer Rayne Oakes, host/writer Simran Sethi, and Fred Keeley.
