Trying to quit smoking? Don’t buy into the latest revamp of the cigarette. The Crown 7 Electric Cigarette is a futuristic metal cigarette that has caused a huge frenzy. With this new product smokers can now get their nicotine fix without producing any harmful second hand smoke.
The Electric Cigarette apparently uses batteries to heat nicotine in a replaceable cartridge until it vaporises, which is then inhaled, delivering a full contingent of the drug. This allows smokers to “smoke” in otherwise banned places like restaurants and bars.
Sadly, this is just another ploy to keep smokers addicted. With states and cities banning smoking in restaurants and bars there was hope for people trying to quit. I know I have loved breathing cleaner air! The electric cigarette is a step in the wrong direction, but obviously tobacco companies aren’t going to change their ways when they have millions of people addicted to their products. Tobacoo companies will continue to find ways to get around laws that ban cigarettes, but hopefully smokers will realize that they can have control over their mind and body and quit for the sake of their health and everyone elses.
If you are trying to quit here is one more reason to kick the habit…scary stuff.

I actually sell these in the UK and do quite well. We offer cartridges with varying strengths of nicotine so smokers can actually quit by slowly weening themselves of the habit. To bad there isn’t room to post testimonials…
Well to the moron who wrote this article mumbling about how it is the tobacco companies “keeping us addicted” you are a moron… sir or madam there is no tobacco in the electric cigarettes, big tobacco owns tobacco, NOT nicotine, you are a moron… its idiots like you that publish harmful unfounded articles that damage the reputations of good companies creating a healthier world. Nicotine by the way is a naturally occuring cheical, it is in plants other than tobacco, every plant in the nightshade family produces it, including tomatoes, and potatoes. so before you go spouting of stupidness, learn the facts.
I think the biggest advantage of the e cigarette is definately that you dont bother other people with your smoke anymore. I often felt bad for “poisoning” other people with my smoke.
I wonder why the FDA is causing troubles with the e cigarette. Its a great tool for many smokers to slowly quit. Just reduce the dose nicotine once in a while until you reach zero.
