		<description>@La- yogi green tea is great but have you tried an actual kombucha fermented drink? It&#039;s a naturally fizzy fermented drink where you can actually see the bacteria floating on top. It kinda grosses people out, but it&#039;s so worth sipping. And yes I am not a supplement person either but the green powder is awesome for getting practically every green under the sun into your day. The seaweeds, spirulina and chlorella are harder for me to get into my meals so I go for a spoon of super green in a smoothie.</description>

Green powders freak me out - I&#039;m not really a &quot;supplement&quot; person, even though they&#039;re supposedly natural I just don&#039;t know.  Maybe one day I&#039;ll go there.  I&#039;ve never tried maca although I definitely want to, but I just bought coconut oil and I am loving it.  I&#039;m always looking for more ways to incorporate it into my diet and lifestyle!</description>
