Koh Yao Noi is a picturesque island in Thailand’s Phang Nga Bay – the unique natural environment setting for the 24-acre Six Senses Yao Noi, that exemplifies the Six Senses philosophy of redefining experiences from arrival to departure. The natural vegetation and tropical landscaping provides privacy between the elevated villas.

Strengthen and Connect The Mind and Body! Pilates with Amber Zuckswert
Amber is certified through the rigorous and renowned comprehensive Ron Fletcher Program of Study, under the direction of Catherine Anderson. She was first introduced to the method while pursuing her dance degree at San Francisco State University. Pilates cured her of chronic back pain and other overuse injuries related to dance. Amber instantly fell in love with the technique and realized it not only aided her longevity in her dance career, but was a way for her to inspire others through movement and the mind-body connection. She’s worked with a wide range of clients from professional dancers and athletes, to pre and post natal, to rehab. Amber is additionally certified in pre and post natal, Fletcher Towel, Floor and Barre techniques.

She has spent the last several years dancing professionally throughout the San Francisco bay area including work with Robert Moses Kin, Janice Garrett and Dancers, Paco Gomez and Alex Ketley.

Most recently, Amber spent seven months teaching Pilates workshops and dancing throughout Australia followed by a pilates, yoga, surf retreat in Mexico. She teaches virtually to clients all over the globe through her virtual pilates studio. Her teaching credits in San Francisco include San Francisco State University and UCSF along with several private boutique studios.

What you can expect in classes or private sessions:
With over 22 years of ballet and modern dance training, performance and choreography under her belt, Amber brings a creative, fluid approach to her classes. Focus on breath, precision, and mindfulness, infuse each session. Amber strongly believes in quality over quantity. Building a balanced, toned and pain free body while challenging the mind with breath/body coordination, dynamics, balance and grace is her forte. She is a lover of all movement and is constantly inspired through continued education in the Pilates method, anusara and ashtanga yoga, meditation and all forms of dance.

Named one of Food and Wine Magazine’s 10 Best New Chefs and nominated twice for the James Beard Rising Star Chef Award, today Chef Kenney is arguably the most celebrated living cuisine chef in America. Despite his incredible success, he remains grounded and grateful.

Chef Kenney has authored or co-authored six cookbooks, including four focused on living cuisine: Raw Food Real World, Everyday Raw, Entertaining in the Raw and Everyday Raw Desserts.
