Welcome to your virtual pilates studio oasis! Here on Epicself we work on developing mind, body, spirit balance and happiness. In my personal experience that includes a lot of Pilates! As a professional dancer, I was drawn to the Pilates Method during my college years as a way to condition my entire body, prevent injury, and fix muscular imbalances and alignment. I knew as soon as my chronic (since the age of 13!) low back pain disappeared I had found something remarkable. I quickly enrolled in the rigorous and renowned Ron Fletcher Program of Study and saw my body and dance ability transcend what I thought possible.

Five years later I had a thriving client base in my home base of San Francisco and figured why not go global. Over the past two years I spent 7 months teaching through out Australia, lead week long and weekend all inclusive retreats to Mexico and several locations in California. Traveling and teaching abroad has been so rewarding, but I knew if I wanted to keep it up I’d need to go virtual! Offering pilates to clients all over the world, anytime, anywhere through the power of technology.

Pilates has changed my life forever and I want to share it with you!

Private Rates:

One on one privates are vital for proper form and fast results. Joseph Pilates once said, “in 10 sessions you’ll feel a difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.” Consistency is key. I recommend at least one or two sessions per week to reap the benefits as quickly as possible.

1 private: $75

5 pack: $350

10 pack: $700
