Big Sur Camping and Yoga Weekend

Travel to stunning Big Sur and its ocean side trails for a weekend of light hiking, restorative yoga, and relaxation on pristine beaches.  Bring your mat to join me for yoga and pilates outside on the sand in the sun. All levels welcome. Healthy, delicious meals, guided wellness activities, and take-home wellness and nutrition information are included. Note: This is not a strictly raw, vegan or vegetarian retreat.

No transportation provided, but tents, sleeping bags, and other equipment is included. This is a camping trip – base camping at a campground in Big Sur. All yummy healthy eats included.

Alive SF 5: Pilates, Yoga, Massage, Raw Food Potluck

Join us for this FREE extravaganza fusing pilates, yoga, massage, music, like minded friends (new & old), raw vegan food pot-luck and community building.

This casual and fun-loving event will be held at Raw Satisfaction Wellness Center- 268 Dolores St. @ 16th- 2 blocks from 16th mission BART San Francisco, California

MINDFUL MOVEMENT: I  lead a FREE 45 minute sequence of mindful movement (pilates, yoga and meditation) for all ages, all abilities….yoga mat & yoga attire a good idea, but not required.

RAW FOOD : please bring a raw vegan dish to share large enough for 6-8 people. Discover how easy it is to make nutritious and delicious raw vegan food.

Class begins at 7:15pm sharp. You’ll want to get there early to secure a spot for your mat. At the last party people had to practice in the halls! The beautiful space always hits capacity.
