Send your taste buds on a spicy tingly journey with this super delicious fiery fresh tomato raw vegan pasta!



Adding chili to this tomato sauce boosts vitamin C, reduces sinus congestion, soothes digestion and can help relieve headaches, muscles, joints and nerve pain. It’s also an awesome source of vitamins A and E, beta carotene (great for the skin and eyesight!), folic acid and potassium. It is also believed to be a natural metabolism booster, aiding in weight loss.



This dish is so super easy, simple to whip up and perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients (serves 4)
~ 3 carrots
~ 3 zucchinis
~ 3 cucumbers
~ 5 tomatoes
~ 2 red peppers
~ 1 chili (to taste)
~ 1 handful of fresh basil
~ 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar (to taste)
~ pinch of salt and pepper (to taste)




  1. Spiralise the carrots, zucchinis and cucumbers. If you don’t have a spiraliser feel free to use a peeler.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and red peppers into big chunks and finely chop the chili. Roughly chop the basil and add to blender.
  3. Add balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper and blend away! I like my sauce chunky!
