Jump start with three one hour virtual pilates mat/prop sessions designed for your unique body with Amber Zuckswert. Each student will receive a free 45 min consult with prior to class to discuss the technology involved and complete a thorough health intake of past and current injuries, alignment, acute/chronic pain. You’ll also receive the videos of your online sessions to use as homework.
Whether you’re brand new to pilates or wanting to deepen your advanced practice, Amber can guide you to the next level. She’s trained a vast array of throughout her career including professional athletes and dancers, pre and post natal women, and rehab based sessions for people suffering from acute, overuse and chronic injuries and pain. In these sessions she will help you lay the foundation for expanding your practice on and off the mat based on your unique body, mind and spirit.
