Pilates Mat, Vinyasa Yoga, and Ecstatic Dance are the most potent techniques and practices I teach that will help you release physical tension, mental stress, and process overwhelming emotions. Within Rise Rituals 4 Week Online Program you'll receive weekly live streamed classes where we'll train hard and have a ton of fun along the way. 

My classes are taught for all levels. I offers modifications for beginners and advanced exercises for those ready to push their edge. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to play full out.

12 Live Streamed Classes
Join my 60 min full length pilates, yoga, and ecstatic dance fusion classes from the comfort of your home. Three live classes per week. Recordings are accessible after live classes in case you miss the broadcast.
Private Facebook Tribe

Class Descriptions

Pilates & Vinyasa Fusion - I weave these two incredible practices together to help you build strength and flexibility from head to toe. Release physical tension, mental stress, and suppressed emotions with this potent flow.

Wild Heart Activation - 45 mins of pilates & vinyasa fusion technique followed by 15 mins of ecstatic dance to my epic playlist. We align, open, and center before we get wild.

My Teaching Experience

My love affair with pilates mat and vinyasa yoga began back when I was 20 years old dancing professionally and attending college in San Francisco. Both techniques helped me rehabilitate many acute and chronic injuries, prevent further imbalances, endure longer, recovery faster, and ultimately perform at the highest level as a dancer. 

I dove deep into the comprehensive Ron Fletcher Program of Study to get certified in pilates mat and all apparatus. I completed my 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher training shortly after. 

I've practiced and taught pilates mat and vinyasa yoga for the last 12 years around the globe at world renowned retreat centers,  destination spas, sport clubs, and festivals, beyond my own retreats and trainings in Costa Rica, Peru, Guatemala, Bali and Thailand.

Ecstatic dance is newer to my repertoire, but I've been a technically trained dancer for 28 years. I started teaching dance my senior year of high school. I danced professionally through college and beyond for 8 years in San Francisco, California.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't make all of the live streamed classes?

All classes are recorded so you can practice along with them after the live broadcast and for years to come.

What kind of tech set up do I need to partake in these classes?

All you need is a Facebook account so you can access our private Facebook group. Once you are a member of the group, you will go to that groups main page to tune into the live streamed classes. When you see Amber go live, just click on the video to pop it open into a full screen view. 

What kind of equipment do I need for Amber's classes?

No equipment needed beyond your yoga mat. If you don't have a mat, you can use a large towel. You will be using your body weight to build strength, so no weights or bands necessary.

What is your refund policy?

We don't provide refunds for any of our online programs. We will provide everything that is included in this program as detailed above. It's your responsibility to show up and take full advantage of the materials provided.

I'm new to pilates and yoga. Is this the right program for me? 

Yes! Amber teaches to all levels of experience within her classes. She offers modifications for beginners through advanced. This is a great program to dive deep into these practices consistently.

I am recovering from an injury and/or dealing with chronic pain. Are these classes going to be too difficult for me?

It really depends on your injury/chronic pain. Pilates and yoga are both wonderful practices to help you rehabilitate acute and chronic injuries, but a 1:1 training setting may be the best approach for you at this time. Feel free to reach out to Amber at amber@epicself.com with any specific questions related to your pain/injuries. She will let you know whether it's a good idea to take these classes without a trainers eye on you.
