I receive emails from you guys all the time asking how. How do I make my intentions reality?
Every day I think and speak about my plans and goals with friends and family, old and new. I find sharing intentions solidifies them in my consciousness, allows me to talk out details and be held accountable by my peers. Focus and act. Stumble, fall, learn and connect with like minds. Ask for help and stay inspired by mentors. Network!

I willfully empower myself everyday to push through physical, emotional and spiritual barriers. Refusing to stall and squander my desire to make the largest positive impact in this life. Living it up in the process. Smiling and laughing at the ridiculousness of fear.

What I always find fascinating is the lead up to workshop and retreat weeks. We were inundated with responses on social media from our subscribers, clients, friends and families as we marketed over the last six months. Comments like, “Bali! In my dreams…one day I’ll get there.” and “If only I had more money.” And my personal favorite…”If only I wasn’t so busy.”

Just writing these words makes me cringe. Remember that you are what you think and say. These are limiting self beliefs that haunt most humans brains. They are programmed from a young age through our families and life experience. One day will never come with that attitude. We can make ourselves busy until the day we die. Us humans are fantastic at keeping ourselves busy. Busy for busy sake is insanity.
Every being on Earth can cultivate the means and deserves to take a retreat, pursue their passions and check off bucket list items.

Ironically, that’s exactly what our retreat was about. Training the mind, body and spirit to build awareness and consciousness, so that guests leave empowered to shine their brightest, most authentic selves to the world. It’s the triad approach, focusing equally on mind, body and spirit that morphs humans forward in evolution.

Our raw yoga retreat was the pinnacle of my retreat leading and teaching to date. From the sacred village of Ubud, to the infinity pool overlooking rice paddies, to the smiling eager guests who graced the roof top studio with me every morning- it was truly a week of transformation, abundance and bliss. My dream expanded before my eyes every morning at dawn.
