I can already feel the lightness of 2022 and the relief that 2021 has come to a close. I love clean slates, new beginnings, and the limitless opportunity a new year brings.

Last year was the most difficult year of my life thus far. It felt like one giant rite of passage and initiation with many peaks and valleys.

Every time I felt like things were flowing my way for a bit I’d get hit with another wave of difficulty or challenge. So much so, I’d often look up at the sky in disbelief laughing at the universe. Is this a cosmic joke?!

But as a result, I’ve become even more adaptable, rooted, brave and trusting in myself. I feel a sense of inner peace and pride knowing that I’m on the other side of the dark woods.

I’m eager to usher in more ease, grace, flow and creativity in 2022.

Setting Intentions

Last year my intention was to be as present as possible as a new mom raising my first baby, but that often included a lot of self-sacrifices. Something I’m not willing to allow in 2022.

The next 365 days will be a reclamation and rebirth of myself, my brand and my business. I can’t wait to get started building and pursuing my dreams more fully with Wilder by my side.

I’m feeling the urge to reinvent everything and create a grand vision for myself and our family. I’m excited to have more time and space to get clear about all of these things now that Wilder is a toddler.

What are you calling in this year? What is your theme or focus? If you could narrow it down to one word, what would it be? My word for 2022 is EASE

Happy 2022 everyone!!

P.S – Wilder loves to wave at and talk to trees! It’s one of the cutest things he does nowadays.
