Life got in the way. My sincere apologies for going underground for the last month! I left you dangling at the very beginning of my fit and raw journey across Europe. My first week in London set me ablaze. I was brimming with unreal energy when I hit the Spanish heat. My second sunny day in Barcelona was the Tuesday things went black.

My life was stolen. My world flipped on its head. A complete blessing in disguise.

I spent the next three weeks dancing, exploring, and eating my way through Barcelona, Berlin and Amsterdam with only an iphone to capture the adventure. My Spanish fun is on it’s way to you next, but I wanted to catch you up with my current projects and plans.
Do you remember my Spring into Action intention list? I’m happily checking off a few of my intentions by the end of August.

Breath, Posture and Your Six Pack Video Series is locked and loaded in my virtual cloud and ready to download. I’m working with my fab web developer @norcross (Andrew Norcross) to fix my store kinks by the end of the week. I can’t wait to reveal this pack!

Last Friday I also wrapped the filming for my virtual pilates Ipad application! Above is a raw pic from the editing floor. Editing, coding and marketing is underway over the next two months with hopes of a launch end of August.
I have some retreats in the works as well. Asia and India are calling! I’ve been inundated with emails about raw pilates retreats this Summer. Rest assured I am putting together a calendar over the next week after I solidify a few collaborations. Check out my feature on DailyCandy.com.

Feeling burned? Go raw at an Epic Self retreat. Prepare for a day of surfing, swimming, hiking, yoga, and/or Pilates with a power-packed green superfood smoothie for breakfast, refuel with a wrap or salad for lunch, then dive into the hands-on holistic nutrition and natural cooking classes every night to prepare the evening€s raw or vegan meal. Destinations change (Phuket, Thailand, anyone?), but the take-home package stays the same: recipes, stacks of reference, and a video series that includes diet tips and a do-anywhere Pilates and breath-work routine.

I am also amping up my virtual pilates and nutrition consultations. I’m taking on more virtual clients as I plan to travel extensively over the Winter. Now is the time to get a spot secured in my schedule as I start to transition.

I’m now offering virtual kitchen makeovers with my 1 hour nutrition consultations! It’s been so fun roaming through cupboards and pantries, tossing the junk and making room for delicious whole foods.

Life keeps flowing. Extraordinary highs and hellish lows. All we can do is hold on. Hold on to the present with a vice grip. Laugh and smile at the rushing mad ride. Accept the next adventure and lesson as it comes. Fuel our bodies and minds with positivity and project it back to the world. One word comes to mind, GRATITUDE.

How do you hold on to the moment?
