I spent the next three weeks dancing, exploring, and eating my way through Barcelona, Berlin and Amsterdam with only an iphone to capture the adventure. My Spanish fun is on it’s way to you next, but I wanted to catch you up with my current projects and plans.

Feeling burned? Go raw at an Epic Self retreat. Prepare for a day of surfing, swimming, hiking, yoga, and/or Pilates with a power-packed green superfood smoothie for breakfast, refuel with a wrap or salad for lunch, then dive into the hands-on holistic nutrition and natural cooking classes every night to prepare the evening€s raw or vegan meal. Destinations change (Phuket, Thailand, anyone?), but the take-home package stays the same: recipes, stacks of reference, and a video series that includes diet tips and a do-anywhere Pilates and breath-work routine.
I am also amping up my virtual pilates and nutrition consultations. I’m taking on more virtual clients as I plan to travel extensively over the Winter. Now is the time to get a spot secured in my schedule as I start to transition.

Life keeps flowing. Extraordinary highs and hellish lows. All we can do is hold on. Hold on to the present with a vice grip. Laugh and smile at the rushing mad ride. Accept the next adventure and lesson as it comes. Fuel our bodies and minds with positivity and project it back to the world. One word comes to mind, GRATITUDE.
