I luv using the Secret and the law of attraction, I don’t have a board per se, I print pictures of things and goals I want to achieve and tack them on my wall.

About a month ago I decided that I wanted to finally get serious about losing weight but I knew it was gonna take a lot motivation. So on a piece of paper I write down a timeline of how much weight I wanted to lose over a specific period of time and the ways I could go about it (i.e. healthy foods to it, different forms of exercise) and carry this letter with me in my wallet beside my dollar bills so every time I open my wallet (which is alot) I am reminded of the promise I made to myself. And in just a few short weeks I’m happy to say I’ve already lost SIX pounds. And staying strong.

Short and to the point, I like it! I use my community page on my blog as my vision board. I call them ‘carrots’ (the kind on the end of the stick that we dangle in front of ourselves). I look forward to seeing yours! Eric.

I love your photos! I especially like the idea of writing down goals often. Mine seem to change a lot. But that’s why the vision board makes even more sense, since it keeps you focused longer.

I recently made a mind movie which is a vision board with music and affirmations. It’s a totally awesome and funky way to achieve the same thing.
