Eating a rainbow of organic whole foods from the Earth is the best way to nourish your trillions of buzzing cells.

The cleaner you eat, the better you’ll feel from the inside out. Period.

Say bye bye to brain fog, indigestion, bloating, weight gain, poor immunity, and low energy.

What do I mean by eating clean?

Eating clean means choosing foods that are organic, non-GMO plant foods that haven’t be heavily processed or denatured.

When you buy food in a box, bag, or can, chances are it’s been processed or denatured in many ways. When food is heavily processed, it has fewer nutrients, and often a hell of a lot more toxins compared to the whole food it comes from.

Hormone disrupting and gene-altering toxins like herbicides, pesticides, and polycarbonate from plastics, lurk everywhere in our environment nowadays. It’s extremely hard to escape them.

The more aware we are of these facts the better.

The closer you eat to an organic garden the better for your present health and ultimate longevity. If you don’t grow your own food, then buy it from your local farmers market.

This may seem like basic information that everyone would know, but the reality is that millions of people in the U.S alone don’t know why organic food is better for you than conventional.

Organic is not only better for your body, but it’s best for our environment and all future life on this planet.

If you haven’t made the switch to local organics yet, go for it! Think of it as preventative health care because it is. The better you eat now, the less medical bills you will acquire later.

P.S. – Organic whole food meals don’t have to be boring or tasteless. These are just a few of the many scrumptious plant-powered meals I ate at Greens Organic while in Cusco, Peru. There is a such an incredible vegan foodie scene there. LOVE IT!
