Wilder’s nursery is officially complete!

Over the last few months, I’ve had a blast designing a jungle inspired room for our little guy. He won’t be growing up in the rainforest full time, but at least we can bring some of it’s magic to him here in Austin.

I created a Pinterest board to gather inspiration and decided to design an extra special white accent wall behind the crib. I’m super stoked with how the geometric panels turned out.

I also picked up some cute removable jungle leaf decals for the round wall that we didn’t really know what to do with.

They were SO easy to apply and will be equally effortless to remove when the time is right. They are basically giant stickers.

Nursery Details

I know I’ll be asked where all of this stuff is from so here is my list for you… @potterybarnkids @livingspaces for furniture and plants. @rugs_usa for the faux rug. @worldmarket for accent pillows. @copperpearl for bedding.

The hand made dream catcher and bow and arrow I picked up on our babymoon trip to Sedona, Arizona.

The inspiration for this room came from the colors in the tropical hand-painted pillow you see in the crib that I picked up in Hawaii in January.

I love interior design and have been known to binge-watch HGTV shows for hours. I adore seeing home makeovers and dreaming up how we can make our home feel the best ever.

My mama nesting mode is still full force! I’ve organized and cleaned every nook and cranny of our house at this point. The garage is all I have left to do .

Did you experience the need for nesting within your pregnancy? I’m fascinated by this maternal instinct. It’s crazy powerful!

Much Love,

Amber Sears
