My greatest achievement in life thus far is this 11 lbs 7-week old squish. I still can’t believe this little guy was throwing ninja kicks in my belly only two months ago.

He’ll be 2 months old this Saturday. Time is a thief! I wish he could stay small forever.

The magic of pregnancy and childbirth still blows my mind. Women’s bodies are incredible to say the very least. I just can’t get over it. Every Saturday @awakenwithjp and I reflect on my home birth and how far we’ve come since then. Wilder was born on a Saturday at 7:56 pm, so Saturdays remind us of his arrival every week.

I have a video recording of the last hour of his birth, but I haven’t mustered up the courage to watch it yet.

I wanted it recorded so I could reflect on the moment we got to meet him for the first time. But part of me knows it will be very hard to watch, at least right now, because of how much pain I was in.

Also, I’m putting together a photo book and wanting to frame a few of the newborn pics @mollygentphotography captured for us. They are all so special and adorable. I have all of these in black/white & colour.

I’m sure you are wondering if I will keep writing about my mama journey… and the answer is ABSOLUTELY!

Wilder is a massive part of my purpose now. As much as I love sharing about business and lifestyle design, being a new mom is massive for me. There will be lots of baby pictures and reflections on all that I’m learning and discovering.

But don’t worry, I’ll be weaving in more business building posts soon for all of the soul-powered entrepreneurs out there.

Happy Sunday Funday everyone! Enjoy!

P.S – Baby jeans and hoodies kill me. They are WAY too cute!

Much Love,

Amber Sears
