Take the leap of faith. Jump into the unknown mystery of life often. That’s where all the magic unfolds.
THIS wisdom has guided my path for as long as I can remember.
The most terrifying jumps in my personal and professional journey have always been the best decisions. These jumps into the unknown were exhilarating and scary, but they were driven by a strong intuitive call.
Like the time I sold everything I owned and bought a one-way ticket to Australia. I backpacked alone for almost an entire year to reconnect to myself and discover my purpose.
Or the time I closed all of my business in San Francisco, left my professional dance career behind, and moved to Costa Rica to open a wellness center.
That time I sat in my first Ayahuasca ceremony, faced my deepest core wounds, and experienced tremendous healing from a plant spirit.
Or that time I left my work in the jungle to move back to the U.S and begin a brand new chapter with my now husband, JP Sears.
I’ve taken that massive leap of faith many times in my life. And I will continue to do so.
I’ve learned that when I trust my intuition and heart to guide my journey, I can’t go wrong.
I’ve discovered that my logical, fear-based mind rarely serves my expansion. And it’s super important to realize when my mind is holding me back.
But the fun isn’t over for me yet!
Tomorrow I take off for a 3-week adventure to Guatemala & Florida.
My first week will be exploring the beautiful cobblestone streets of Antigua & the ancient Mayan ruins of Tikal.
On Friday I dive into hosting my Root To Rise Retreat on gorgeous Lake Atitlan. Can’t wait!
The following week I fly to West Palm Beach, Florida to be reunited with JP for Tony-Robbins’ Date With Destiny 6 Day Immersion.
And while I’ve been planning these trips all year, there is always a mysterious aspect to travel that will only be revealed while in it.
The transformation that will inevitably occur within me is welcomed. I know I won’t be the same person on the other side of this trip.
