Today I’d like to address a very common question I’m frequently asked about my business coaching. You may have a similar question, so it’s important to clarify who I am and what my purpose is.
”Do you offer 60 min business consultations Amber?” My short is no.
My long answer…I am here to facilitate deep long lasting transformation in your life and business. That doesn’t happen overnight, or in one 60 min consultation.
It happens by getting super clear about your intentions and goals. By taking the daily actions required to instill new habits, systems and beliefs that will support you to get to those goals.
It requires consistency, perseverance, and follow through when things get tough and don’t go as you hoped or expected.
It demands creating, launching and testing products and services that light your heart up and provide tremendous value to those you serve.
THIS takes time.
Habits take at least 30 days to instill and even then many people fall off the wagon and revert back to old patterns.
I’d be lying to you if I said I could fix and solve all of your problems in an hour coaching session. I think it’s highly unethical to claim this.
I can give you a ton of tools, systems and strategies to thrive, but they still require YOU to take action. They still take time to put into place and there are many ways to screw it up along the way.
You also won’t take action if you don’t have the inner tools to cope with entrepreneurship. If you don’t believe in yourself. If you can’t get out of your own way, take direction, be your own boss, and follow through all the time.
As I’ve said before, I’m not here to do shallow work. I’m not here to give you a quick fix that won’t last.
I’m here to teach you how to shift from the inside out for good, and up level your business, so you don’t need me in the future.

My 1:1 business coaching package begins with 3 months of weekly coaching sessions MINIMUM. This is intentional to ensure I have time to give you my absolute best and you have the time to integrate and implement everything I teach.
