Nori Burritos! The perfect close to another Sunday Funday. This rainbow delight is packed with color! Which means, it’s nutrient and phytonutrients profile is vast.

The colors we see are simply frequencies of light. The colors and their frequencies align with our chakra energy centers. Red for root, orange for sacral, yellow for solar plexus, green for heart, blue for the throat, indigo for third eye, and violet for the crown. These frequencies within plants (aka our food) when eaten directly support and balance our chakras. Isn’t that amazing! Our bodies rock.

It’s super important to eat a variety of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and seaweeds to stay completely nourished, happy and energized. I recommend you aim to get every color in each meal.

Tonight I decided to whip up this beauty. I chopped Bok Choy, purple cabbage, carrot, tomato and red bell pepper into a bowl, blended up a Ginger Parsley Tahini dressing to massage in, and topped with ground turmeric. I typically use romaine, green kale, or nori as a wrap.
